บริษัท นิวคอนเซพท์ โปรดัคท์ จำกัด ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2528 โดยเภสัชกรวิศิษฐ์ บำรุงกิจ และคุณกาญจนา บำรุงกิจ ภายใต้เจตนารมณ์ที่มุ่งมั่นในความต้องการพัฒนาสมุนไพรให้ตอบโจทย์การดูแลสุขภาพในทุกความต้องการของผู้บริโภคคนไทย ภายใต้ตราสินค้า ฟิตเน่, ฮอทต้า, เลดิน่า และ ตูมทิพ พร้อมสร้างความมั่นใจในผลิตภัณฑ์มากยิ่งขึ้นด้วยมาตรฐานการผลิตระดับสากลทั้ง ISO9001:2008, HACCP, GMP และ ฮาลาล สำหรับผู้บริโภคชาวมุสลิม ที่สำคัญ ทุกๆ กระบวนการผลิต ตั้งแต่ การคัดเลือกวัตถุดิบ จนถึงสินค้าสำเร็จรูปที่จัดส่งถึงมือผู้บริโภค ยังผ่านการควบคุมคุณภาพที่เข้มข้นในทุกๆ ขั้นตอน เพื่อการมอบผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ดีที่สุดสำหรับสุขภาพของผู้บริโภคทุกคน

ผลิตภัณฑ์ตัวแรกของบริษัทฯคือ “ยาชงสมุนไพร ตรา ฟิตเน่” และหลังจากนั้นอีก 4 ปี โดยในปี พ.ศ. 2532 บริษัทฯ ได้ก่อตั้งโรงงานผลิตแห่งแรกขึ้นที่ซอยลาดพร้าว 107 เขตบางกะปิ กรุงเทพฯ เพื่อขยายฐานการผลิตให้ผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัทฯมีความหลากหลายมากขึ้น และเพื่อการขยายฐานการผลิตให้รองรับการเติบโตของตลาดทั้งภายในประเทศและต่างประเทศ บริษัทฯได้เปิดโรงงานผลิตแห่งที่2 ขึ้นที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะนคร จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยถือเป็นโรงงานผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรที่ทันสมัยและได้มาตรฐานโรงงานเทียบเท่าระดับสากล ตลอด24ปี กับเจตนารมภ์ที่ไม่เคยเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ว่า “เรามุ่งมั่นผลิตสินค้าให้มีคุณภาพและความปลอดภัย ส่งมอบสินค้าทันเวลา และเสริมสร้างความมั่นใจให้แก่ผู้บริโภค โดยปรับปรุงประสิทธิผลของระบบบริหารคุณภาพ และพัฒนาความสามารถของพนักงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง”

2528

2532

ย้ายที่ทำการใหม่มาอยู่ที่ ซอยลาดพร้าว 107 พร้อมขยายสายการผลิตสำหรับรองรับการเติบโตของบริษัทฯ

2533

ก่อตั้ง ศูนย์สุขภาพฟิตเน่ (ณ ปัจจุบัน คือ คลับ ฟิตเน่)
เริ่มแนะนำ ฮอทต้า เครื่องดื่มขิงผงสำเร็จรูป เข้าสู่ตลาดผู้บริโภค

2537

ขยายสายการผลิต และพัฒนาสายการผลิตให้ดำเนินการผลิตได้ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง

2538

เป็นผู้สนับสนุนในการประกวดนางสาวไทย (ณ ปัจจุบัน คือ มิสไทยแลนด์ยูนิเวอร์ส) พร้อมประสบความสำเร็จในการสนับสนุนอย่างสูง

2540

ผ่านพ้นช่วงภาวะวิกฤตเศรษฐกิจ พร้อมการเติบโตของบริษัทอย่างต่อเนื่อง!

2542

ได้รับมาตรฐานคุณภาพระดับสากล ISO9002

2543

ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานการผลิต HACCP โดยเป็นรายแรกในกลุ่มผู้ผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรที่ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานดังกล่าว

2544

ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานการผลิต GMP

2551

ย้ายสายการผลิตยาจากโรงงานผลิตที่ลาดพร้าว สูโรงงานผลิตแห่งใหม่
ณ นิคมอมตะนคร จังหวัดชลบุรี พร้อมการนำเทคโนโลยีการผลิตที่ทันสมัยเข้ามาร่วมใช้ในโรงงาน

ฟิตเน่ จัดเป็นแบรนด์ผู้นำอันดับ 1สำหรับการเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการควบคุมน้ำหนักของหญิงไทยมานานกว่า 22 ปี เป็นผู้นำในการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ เพื่อสุขภาพ พร้อมขยายตลาดสู่ตลาดต่างประเทศอย่างต่อเนื่อง

เพื่อขยายสู่ตลาดต่างประเทศ บริษัทฯมุ่งมั่นพัฒนาคุณภาพการผลิต จนได้รับมาตราการผลิต ISO9001:2000 ตั้งแต่ปี 2542 และได้รับ HACCP ซึ่งเป้นการรับรองความปลอดภัยของทุกผลิตภัณฑ์ ที่ออกสู่ตลาดจากสถาบันระดับโลกในปีต่อมา นอกจากนี้บริษัทฯได้รับประกาศนียบัตร GMP จากกระทรวงสาธารณสุข และเพื่อสร้างความมั่นใจแก่ชาวมุสลิม บริษัทฯสามารถได้รับเครื่องหมายฮาลาลอีกด้วย ด้วยความพยายามพัฒนาอย่าง ยิ่งยวดทำให้ผลิตภัณฑ์บริษัทฯ ได้เป็นที่ยอมรับทั้งในตลาดใน และต่างประเทศไทยในปัจจุบัน

As the manufacturer and distributor of herbal-health products under the umbrella of FITNE, HOTTA, LADINA and TUM TIP, was founded in 1985. Our first plant is located at Soi Ladprao 107, Bangkok, and the second plant is located at AMATA Industrial Estate, Chonburi. Significantly, our company is the first manufacturer in this category awarded the certificates of International Quality Standard of ISO9001:2000, HACCP, GMP, including HALAL standard for our Muslim consumers.

1985

Found & Established New Concept Product Co., Ltd.
Launched FITNE Herbal Infusion Tea.

1989

Moved to new location in Ladprao.

1990

Established FITNE Health Center (later became Club FITNE).
Launched HOTTA Instant Ginger.

1994

Additional factory expansion with state-of-the-art facilities and machines running 24 hours.

1995

Sponsored Miss Thailand Contest (later as Miss Thailand Universe) with high success.

1997

Not only survive the Economic Crisis, but even achieve sustainable growth!

1999

Achieved The International Quality Standard of ISO9002.

2000

Became the first herbal producer to awarded HACCP certificate.

2001

Enhanced quality of the product with GMP certificate.

2008

Moved Drug Manufacturing Plant at Ladprao to AMATA Industrial Estate, which has the latest technology-manufacturing machine for our drug products.

We have been one of the first to extend the high quality standards into international recognition with the certificate of ISO 9001:2000 since 1999 to ensure our consumers always receive the best quality products from the highest quality process. We are also again pround to be the first berbal and health food manufacturer in Thailand to receive HACCP Certificate (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point), which is an internation standard for the safety of products from the hygienic production process. Moreover, our traditional drug manufacturing plant has also been awarded the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Certificate for herbal and medicinal production lines, Finally, our products are also popular among Islamic consumers by meeting the requirements of the Muslim quality standard "HALAL". This has made our products widely accepted both locally and abroad.
